Legendary Ladies!

By Lauren Drzewucki

International Women’s Day is on Monday - all the fantastic ladies out there, please stand up - so to celebrate we’re highlighting a few kickass women in the wellness & sustainability space whose values resonate with ours at Pod and Parcel. Read on to be inspired!

Madelyn Carafa

A Pod & Parcel lover through-and-through, Madelyn started her podcast The Healthy Hustlers in 2018 to inspire her community to inject healthy habits into their daily lives, to help make their hustle healthy.

From healthy recipes to healthy guides, Madelyn does the hard yards of weeding out the good for the bad in the sustainability space, and packs it up neatly into a podcast for her listeners to enjoy whenever it suits them best.

Lottie Dalziel

An educational powerhouse in the sustainability space, Lottie’s very own Banish gives Aussies the tools they need to reduce their waste and ecological footprint.

From blog posts to snackable videos on TikTok or IG Reels, Lottie’s on-trend approach to sustainability education has meant that information such as home composting or sourcing the best sustainable packaging options is available to the masses. Watch this space for our very own feature on Lottie!

Sarah Davidson

Seeing a gap in the Australian market for Japanese matcha, Sarah started her own organic beverage business, Matcha Maiden in late 2014 (alongside a full-time job in law we might add).

Sarah quickly gained popularity in Melbourne's health and wellness space for her thoughtful and educational approach to health, and she has since added a podcast and book to repertoire, Seize the Yay, which guides entrepreneurial women through the good and bad of life - business or otherwise - in a healthy way. It’s definitely been an adventure, and we’re excited to see where the future takes Sarah!
